About the Apartment
The Apartment Niesen features 3 bedrooms, a balcony, and 2 bathrooms with shower/bathtub & toilet in the attic. On the upper floor, the living area is equipped with a sofa bed for 2 people and a flat-screen cable TV. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, and from the dining area, you can access the seating area. 1 toilet is located on the same floor. Towels and bed linen are provided, as well as a washing machine and dryer.

The municipality of Spiez is located directly on Lake Thun and offers a variety of leisure activities, whether it's a day at the Spiez lido, a boat trip on Lake Thun, or a walk through the bay. Or in winter, skiing in the Jungfrau region or in Adelboden.
You can reach the apartment by bus in 15 minutes from Spiez train station.
Guest Access
You have independent access to the accommodation. You will receive the code for the key safe by email two days before arrival.
The apartment is only accessible through the garage!
The access to the Niesen Apartment is located in the garage on the left side. The door with the key code is on the left side of the last building.

Parking space No. 30 marked with «NIESEN» is located in the left half of the garage.
AVAG bags can be deposited in the container below the stairs in the apartment. The container will then be emptied by us at check-out.
